BandBridge pulls new orders from Bandcamp, matches every item to the right Printful product and sends the order to print. Tracking goes back to Bandcamp. You step in only when something is unclear.

Connect Bandcamp and Printful
Add your Bandcamp API keys and your Printful key once. BandBridge syncs new orders on a schedule, or when you click Sync.

Jev matches every item
Jev picks the Printful variant for each Bandcamp item and says how sure it is. Unsure picks wait in Review. Your answer is saved, so the same question doesn't come back.

Orders print and ship
BandBridge sends the order to Printful as a draft or a confirmed order — your choice. When Printful ships, the order is marked shipped in Bandcamp with its tracking number.
You answer only the hard questions
When Jev is not sure which size or color a Bandcamp item is, it asks in Review and shows its best guesses. Pick one, and future orders with the same SKU skip review.
See what happened to every order
Each order shows its exact Printful status, tracking and an Activity log: sent, failed, clarified, refunded in Bandcamp. Problems get a red mark, so nothing waits unnoticed.
Know what sells, and where
Reports count orders, not line items: sales by period, countries, best-selling products. Currencies stay separate, refunds stay out.

One parcel per buyer
Orders from the same buyer to the same address join into one Printful order, with one shipping fee.
Addresses that Printful accepts
State and country names become the codes Printful needs, so orders are not rejected for “California” instead of CA.
Auto-send
Turn it on and ready orders go to Printful by themselves after the combine window closes.
Exact Printful status
Draft, Pending, In process, Fulfilled — the real Printful status in every row, with a filter.
Search and filters
Find an order by number, buyer, email, tracking or SKU. Filter by country, item, period and status.
Bulk actions
Select orders, or every order that matches a filter, and send, retry or cancel them at once.
Team and roles
Invite your label mates. Owners and admins send orders; members fix addresses and answer Review.
Telegram alerts
Get a message when an order fails or needs you, and a short daily digest.

What do I need to start?
A Bandcamp account that sells merch and a Printful store with your products. BandBridge connects to both with your own keys.
Does BandBridge change my Bandcamp store?
No. It reads your orders and, when Printful ships, marks the order shipped with its tracking number. Products and prices stay as they are.
Who pays Printful?
You do, through your own Printful account, as you do today. BandBridge never handles payments.
What happens to my buyers’ data?
Orders are stored in the EU and used only to send them to Printful and to show your reports. To recognise items and address codes, Jev sees item names and the city, ZIP code, state and country — never buyer names or streets. See Privacy for details.
How do I get access?
Request access with your email. We open BandBridge to new stores one by one and write to you when your spot is ready.
